Facility Rentals

ICE RENTALS

Rates: $15/person +GST (based on 2.5 hours) which includes preparation of the ice surface and rental of curling equipment (if required). Each person must sign a waiver before the start of the ice rental.

*For all ice rentals, a Curling Club member must be in attendance. Some instruction is available for novice curlers.

Outside League Rentals:

Qualicum & District Curling Club offers any available ice time to outside leagues wishing to use our facility on a seasonal basis.

BAR/LOUNGE RENTALS

Qualicum & District Curling Club Lounge is an excellent venue for functions including meetings and receptions. The space has a large seating capacity (up to 100 people), dance floor, sound system, full bar, men’s and ladies washrooms.

Rates: $50/hour + GST for minimum 3 hours ($40/hour for Curling Club members).

Bar service (optional): $20/hour which covers the cost of the bartender. Drink prices are per the Curling Club rates (avg. $6/drink). Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Food service: Catering your own function is permitted. On-site food preparation is not available.

$200.00 damage deposit is required all Lounge rentals.
